Arms recovered, militants nabbed in border areas of Manipur

Imphal, Sep 22 (UNI) Manipur Police and security personnel nabbed militants in international border area and seized arms in separate incidents. Manipur Police on Tuesday said a combined team of the Manipur Police and security forces raided the Patton area, Bishnupur district on Monday and the team recovered a major cache of arms, ammunition, and explosives, including an AK-47 rifle with a magazine, a country-made CMG with a magazine, a country-made .32 pistol, an IED, three fragmentation grenades, a country-made No. 36 hand grenade, and 15 rounds of 7.62 mm ammunition.
