ICAR-MGIFRI promotes soil health, balanced fertilisation in East Champaran

Motihari, Oct 27 (UNI) The ICAR-Mahatma Gandhi Integrated Farming Research Institute (ICAR-MGIFRI), Motihari, organised a farmer awareness programme under Khet Bachao Abhiyan at Kothia Hariram village in Mehsi block of East Champaran district on Tuesday, focusing on soil health, balanced fertilisation and sustainable mango and litchi cultivation. The programme was attended by 29 farmers and participants, who interacted with scientists on nutrient management, recycling of organic resources, crop diversification and improving orchard productivity.
