App launched in Kohima to strengthen digital governance

Dimapur, Oct 15 (UNI) Kohima DC B Henok Buchem on Thursday launched the Ward-19 App, aimed at improving communication between citizens and ward authorities, facilitating reporting of local issues and enhancing access to information, at Central Plaza in Kohima. The Ward-19 App is an initiative of Ward-19 councillor Medoviu Martin Suohu under the Kohima Municipal Council (KMC). It features a grievance portal, developmental gallery, council directory, emergency contacts and notifications to improve communication and transparency.
