Manipur CM Khemchand moots integrity panel representing state's 36 communities

Imphal, Oct 30 (UNI) Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh has proposed the formation of an integrity committee with representation from all 36 communities of the state, saying collective dialogue and participation are essential to safeguarding the state's unity, peace and shared heritage.
