Rs 300 Cr approved for aided schools: Education Minister

Patna, Sep 20 (UNI) Bihar Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari on Sunday said that the state government has approved Rs 300 crore for 1,294 aided schools for the benefit of teaching and non-teaching staff. According to Tiwari, Rs 60.92 crore has been approved for 695 secondary schools for the academic session 2019-20, while Rs 239.07 crore has been approved for 599 higher secondary schools for the academic sessions 2017-18 to 2019-20.
