Women''s empowerment, key to Bihar''s prosperity: CM

Patna, Sep 19 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary today said the state's women were progressing rapidly and their increasing economic, social and political participation was an important indicator of Bihar's changing social landscape. Addressing a function organised to mark the 25th foundation day of the Bihar State Commission for Women, Choudhary said the commission's work in protecting women's rights and dignity was commendable.
