Over 1.14L Ayushman cards in Nagaland yet to be linked with Aadhaar

Dimapur, Sep 24 (UNI) The Nagaland Health Protection Society (NHPS), under the state health and family welfare department, on Thursday said an analysis of beneficiary records in the beneficiary identification system has revealed that more than 1.14 lakh Ayushman beneficiary cards in the state have not yet been linked with Aadhaar. In an office memorandum, the NHPS said Aadhaar linkage with Ayushman cards is mandatory for availing benefits under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) at empanelled hospitals.
