Hyderabad, Sept 24 (UNI) Residential property registrations in Hyderabad declined 9 per cent year-on-year to 5,937 units in August 2026, while the total transaction value remained relatively stable at Rs4,576 crore, according to a report released by Knight Frank India. The number of registrations also declined four per cent month-on-month, while transaction value increased three per cent over the previous month. The weighted average transaction price rose 8 per cent year-on-year to Rs4,964 per sq ft, indicating continued demand for premium properties, the report stated.
