Adani-owned Ambuja Cements firms up its growth phase with 30 MTPA expansion plan

Mumbai, Nov 2 (UNI) Adani-owned Ambuja Cements Ltd officially announced here today that it plans to add new greenfield and brownfield projects, in order to increase 30 (Million Tonnes Per Annum) MTPA of cement capacity across key markets, backed by a growth capital expenditure programme of approximately Rs 14,500 crore. According to the company's official statement, the company will strengthen its manufacturing presence across six states, with the company targeting a total cement capacity of 155 MTPA by Financial Year 2030, compared with its existing capacity of 113.5 MTPA.
