L&T bags big power transmission orders in Saudi Arabia, UAE

New Delhi, Oct 5 (UNI) Larsen & Toubro (L&T) on Monday said its Power Transmission & Distribution (PT&D) business has secured multiple engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) orders in India and overseas, with a focus on strengthening electricity transmission networks and supporting renewable energy integration. The company said the newly won projects fall under the "mega" order category, which covers contracts valued between Rs 10,000 crore and Rs 15,000 crore. In Saudi Arabia, L&T has secured orders across the 380 kV transmission and substation segments.
