Hyderabad, Sep 24 (UNI) Residential property registrations in Hyderabad declined 9 per cent year-on-year (YoY) and 4 per cent month-on-month (MoM) in August 2026, with 5,937 homes registered during the month, according to Knight Frank India. The total value of registered properties stood at Rs 4,576 crore, down 2 per cent YoY but up 3 per cent MoM. On a cumulative basis, registrations during January-August 2026 rose 2 per cent YoY to 50,095 units, while the transaction value increased 6 per cent to Rs 35,423 crore.
