REC declares interim dividend of Rs 3.50 per share for FY27

New Delhi, Oct 28 (UNI) State-owned REC Ltd has declared a second interim dividend of Rs 3.50 per equity share for the financial year 2026-27, the company said in a regulatory filing. The dividend, amounting to 35 per cent of the face value of Rs 10 per share, was approved at a meeting of the company's board of directors held on October 26, 2026.
