Brigade Group announces Rs 40,000-cr expansion plan

Bengaluru, Oct 8 (UNI) Brigade Group on Thursday unveiled a Rs 40,000-crore investment roadmap for the next three years, targeting a 40 million sq ft development pipeline as the Bengaluru-based real estate major enters its fifth decade of operations. The aggressive expansion plan, spanning residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and emerging segments such as warehousing, marks a significant scale-up of Brigade's growth strategy across South India.
