Celebrate BJP foundation day with participation of citizens: Maha chief

Mumbai / Nagpur, Apr 1 (UNI) Maharashtra BJP president Chandrasekhar Bawankule on Monday informed that the foundation day of party will be celebrated with enthusiasm and participation of citizens on April six in every booth of the state.
In a press statement, he said that the BJP government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has done a unique job of cultivating India's honour, culture and tradition in last 10 years.
During this period, historic works have been done for the welfare of poor, farmers, scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and backward classes, he said.
He further said that as per instructions given by BJP national president J P Nadda, the flag will be hoisted in every office in the state, as well as all party workers will place a BJP flag on their houses.
Senior party workers will be felicitated on this day, he said.
Bawankule further said that a walk and bike rally will be taken out in every assembly constituency of the state.
He has appealed BJP office-bearers to carry out more such programmes in a planned manner at the state, district and mandal levels.
