Kejriwal should not make Goa lab for experiments: Alka Lamba

Panaji, Nov 7 (UNI) The Congress on Sunday alleged that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had failed on all fronts in Delhi but was making Goa an experimental lab for his political ambition.
