I'm not contesting elections from Gurdaspur : Yuvraj Singh

Chandigarh, Mar 2 (UNI) Former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh, on Saturday clarified that he was not going to contest elections from Gurdaspur Constituency in Punjab.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), he said, 'Contrary to media reports, I'm not contesting elections from Gurdaspur.

My passion lies in supporting and helping people in various capacities, and I will continue to do so through his foundation @YOUWECAN.'
There were media reports that BJP may field him from Gurdaspur Lok Sabha constituency in place of current MP and Bollywood actor Sunny Deol.
