UP: 44 districts declared COVID-19 free, recovery rate over 98.7 per cent, 5 fresh cases reported

Lucknow, Nov 27(UNI) Uttar Pradesh on Saturday witnessed the steepest decline in the number of fresh cases as the state limited the infections to 5.
Along with that, the Active Covid Caseload in the most populous state has been reduced to 86 now.
The COVID-19 control mechanism in Uttar Pradesh got further strengthened as 44 districts were declared completely free of Coronavirus with active as well as fresh COVID-19 cases declining to zero in these districts, health officials here on Saturday said .
