Deposit Rs 30 crore for construction of CUHP Dharamshala campus - Shanta Kumar

Palampur Apr 6 ( UNI) Former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister and Union Minister Shanta Kumar on Saturday appealed to Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu to deposit Rs 30 crore for the construction of building of the Dharmasala campus of the Central University in Kangra district before the visit of the President for the convocation of the University.
Shanta Kumar said the construction of the building of the Central University in Dharamshala has stopped as the state government did not deposit Rs 30 crore for it.
He said the government had deposited money for the Dehra campus of the university and the construction is going on there but the government did not deposit Rs. 30 crore for the construction of the Dharamshala campus building. He alleged that this step-motherly treatment was very unfortunate.
