Security breach in Vidhan Sabha: Home Dept forms Board of Senior IPS officers

Shimla, Mar 3 (UNI) Following intervention by Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania,
state Home department has decided to constitute a board, headed by a senior IPS officer of IG rank, to probe the incident of security lapses in State Assembly complex at Council of Chamber Shimla and Tapovan based Vidhan Sabha complex at Dharmshala.
A press release issued by State police headquarters stated that among IPS officers included in the board are Inspector General Santosh Kumar Patial (head), superintendent of police Shimla Sanjeev Gandhi, Ms Shalini Agnihotri and SP CID Bhupinder Singh Negi.
