Arunachal: Two arrested with suspected heroin

Itanagar, Mar 16 (UNI) A joint team of police from Ziro PS in Lower Subansiri and Chimpu PS in Itanagar along with State Nodal Officer (Narcotics) cum Special Judicial Magistrate (NDPS) Oli Koyu conducted a raid at Ganga village near here on Friday night and arrested two alleged drug traffickers, including one police personnel.
The team seized suspected heroin weighing 11.30 gram (approximately), suspected sale proceeds of Rs 10,250, and a mobile phone from their possession.
The arrestees have been identified as Kime Talo (38), an IRBn personnel, currently posted as a security guard at the Itanagar Permanent Bench of Gauhati High Court at Yupia, and Tana Sanjib (29), a school dropout, Koyu said on Saturday.
