Maha: world’s shortest woman votes in Nagpur

Nagpur, Apr 19 (UNI) The world’s shortest woman, Jyoti Kishanji Amge, turned up to cast her vote in the Lok Sabha elections, here on Friday morning.
Jyoti, who stands only 62.8 centimetres tall and was born on December six, 1993, arrived with her family members carrying her in the arms to avoid huge crowds at the polling station in a school near her home.
After casting her vote, while proudly displaying her tiny inked finger to the media, she said, 'I always exercise my right to vote and it is also my duty to the country.'
