Maha: around 53 pc voter turnout in 8 LS seats of Maha till 1700 hrs

Mumbai, Apr 26 (UNI) An estimated 53.51 per cent of over 1.49 crore voters in eight Lok Sabha constituencies of Vidarbha and Marathwada regions of Maharashtra exercised their right to vote in second phase of Lok Sabha elections till 1700 hrs on Friday.
These constituencies are Buldhana, Amravati, Akola, Washim-Yavatmal, Wardha (all in Vidarbha), Hingoli, Parbhani and Nanded (all in Marathwada).
There are in all 204 candidates in fray in eight LS seats.
