Congress intensifies attack on govt over sex scandal, demands CM's resignation

Panaji, Dec 9 (UNI) The Congress Party in Goa on Thursday mounted pressure on the Pramod Sawant government over an alleged sex scandal, in which it claimed that a cabinet minister was involved, and sought the resignation of the Chief Minister.

Speaking to reporters at the party state headquarters in the city, Goa Congress President Girish Chodankar said he had received a legal notice for speaking about the crime and demanding justice for the victim.
