Partners Group completes acquisition of Infinity Fincorp

Chennai, Nov 7 (UNI) Non-banking finance company (NBFC) Infinity Fincorp Solutions, focused on India’s micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) sector, on Friday announced the completion of its acquisition by Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry, acting on behalf of its clients as a majority investor.
The transaction, which received RBI approval in October 2025, is valued at approximately Rs 1,950 crore (USD 230 million) and includes a primary capital infusion of about Rs 600 crore (USD 70 million) to fund future expansion, along with a secondary share purchase from existing shareholders, including Indium IV (Mauritius) Holdings.
As part of the transaction, Jungle Ventures, one of Infinity’s early institutional investors, deepened its commitment to the company by participating in the current primary round with an investment of Rs 128 crore (USD 15 million).
With this, Partners Group becomes the majority shareholder, while Jungle Ventures continues on the cap table as a long-term investor. Archerman Capital and Beams Fintech Fund also remain on the cap table as valued partners in the company’s growth journey.
Founded by Shrikant Ravalkar, Infinity has built a strong presence in property-backed, small-ticket secured lending to MSMEs across India’s underserved Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
The company currently operates more than 120 branches across eight states, serving around 50,000 customers, with assets under management exceeding Rs 1,450 crore (USD 160 million).

Lupin gets US FDA approval for multiple sclerosis tablet
