NAREDCO-Telangana Property Show 2022 in Hyderabad from Sep 23

Hyderabad, Sep 14 (UNI) The three-day 12th edition of NAREDCO-Telangana Property Show 2022 will be held at Hitex, Madhapur here from September 23.

Announcing this at a press conference here on Wednesday, NAREDCO Telangana President B Sunil Chandra Reddy said that the NAREDCO Telangana Property show is an annual three-day event to uphold scale and grandeur of the property show and confidence of the home buyers.

He said, NAREDCO Telangana had conducted property shows for eleven successive years for the benefit of the reality sector and the end-user that is home buyer.

According to the World Economic Forum (WEF) and Oxford Economics, Hyderabad is the 4th fastest growing city in the world. They projected that the Hyderabad GDP will be USD 200 billion by 2035 from USD 50 billion in 2018. It shows how Hyderabad will grow in the next decade, he said.

Chandra Reddy said that Hyderabad is growing rapidly during the last seven years. Thanks to strong support of the state government, political stability, decisive growth, technology transportation, startups and animation industries.

NAREDCO Telangana General Secretary Vijay Sai said that a total of 110 stalls including 100 properties stalls, five Banks institutions stalls and the same number of suppliers stalls will be displayed in the property show consisting of one lakh square feet.

He said that the property show is the biggest property show in Telangana. Being the largest participation of builders and developers would restore confidence to the customers on real estate.

The property show consisting of developers, builders and promoters is a one-stop destination for buyers and sellers to interact and explore options of a wide range of properties, he added.

NAREDCO Telangana Executive Vice President K Sridhar said that in the first quarter- 2022, Hyderabad was placed second after Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) in new launches, accounting for 24 per cent in top seven cities in India.

Chandra Reddy appealed to the public to purchase Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) approved properties only.
