Milk and dairy industry in UP is becoming a source of employment in villages

Lucknow, Jul 1 (UNI) The milk and dairy industry in Uttar Pradesh is fast changing for the good and several big dairy and milk product companies have shown interest in setting up their own dairies in the state.

In the last four years under Yogi Adityanath government, six big investors, including Amul, have set up their dairy plants by investing Rs 172 crore. As many as seven dairy plants are in the process of being set up. Apart from this, 15 investors have offered to set up their units.
