Rome, Apr 6 (UNI) World number one Jannik Sinner says his three-month doping ban from tennis is "unfair" and maintained he is "innocent".
The 23-year-old Italian accepted an ban in February after reaching a settlement with the World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) over his two positive drugs tests last year.
Wada acknowledged Sinner did not gain any competitive advantage from the banned substance, and that he bore no fault for an accidental contamination, the BBC reported.
