IOC provisionally lifts restrictions on Russian athletes in international competitions

Geneva, July 8 (UNI) The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has provisionally lifted the suspension of the Russian Olympic Committee that had been in effect since October 2023.

"We don't want to hold athletes accountable for the actions of their governments," said IOC President Kirsty Coventry.
