Hyderabad cyber crime police arrest 36 accused, recover nearly Rs 49 lakh in June, 2026

Hyderabad, July 8 (UNI) The Cyber Crime Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered 52 FIRs during June based on complaints received through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (NCRP) and arrested 36 persons in 14 cybercrime cases across five states.
The police recovered and refunded Rs 48.98 lakh to victims during the month.
According to a police statement issued on Wednesday, the arrested accused were involved in investment fraud, social media fraud, job fraud and matrimonial scams. Police also seized mobile phones, debit cards, SIM cards, cheque books and a bank passbook used in the offences.

Husband cannot walk out of marriage after 'losing interest' in wife: Karnataka HC
