Arvind ties up with Sigma Oxford Realtors to develop Rs 2,400-Cr housing project

Mumbai, Apr 8 (UNI) Ahmedabad-based real estate company Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd informed the stock exchange in a regulatory filing that it has partnered with Sigma Oxford Realtors to develop a housing project in Mumbai with an expected revenue of Rs 2,400 crore.
The company stated that it has signed a “residential high-rise project” in Goregaon (West), Mumbai, with a top-line potential of Rs 2,400 crore.
The project will offer around 0.67 million square feet of saleable carpet area and marks the company’s third project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and its second high-rise development in the city.
The project is located in Siddharth Nagar, Goregaon West, a key micro-market in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
The location benefits from strong connectivity via the Western Express Highway, Link Road, and SV Road, along with proximity to major commercial hubs.
The area continues to see sustained demand, steady absorption, and price appreciation, making it a high-conviction development zone for residential projects.
According to the company, the move aligns with its asset-light strategy, focusing on partnerships and entering high-demand micro-markets.
The company is steadily building capabilities in high-rise developments, which form a key part of its growth roadmap. The Mumbai expansion reinforces its ambition to scale operations in major urban centres while maintaining disciplined execution.
Arvind SmartSpaces, backed by the Lalbhai Group legacy, has a presence spanning residential, commercial and industrial segments. The company currently has a strategic presence in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, as well as Pune and it aims to expand into the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Vadodara.
Arvind SmartSpaces has a track record of strategic acquisitions and project developments, including a Rs 900 crore residential development platform with HDFC Capital.
Recent acquisitions include high-rise projects in Bengaluru for Rs 330 crore (Whitefield) and Rs 600 crore (Sarjapur Road).
