After AP, Odisha 2nd state to launch unified WhatsApp chatbot for citizen-centric services

Bhubaneswar, Sept 26 (UNI) Odisha has become India’s second state after Andhra Pradesh to partner with Meta for launching ‘Ama Sathi’, WhatsApp chatbot for citizen-centric services, State’s Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja said on Friday.
'Ama Sathi’ is a unified WhatsApp chatbot that will make 120 citizen services accessible to more than 45 million people across the state.
Unveiled in the presence of Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, the initiative marks a major step towards building convenient, last-mile access to essential public services.
