"Multi sports facilities in good numbers required for bringing about a sporting culture in India"

New Delhi, Sep (UNI) As cities grow, open playing spaces are shrinking all the time and concrete multi sports facilities are required for space optimisation. Such facilities can be crucial for developing sports culture in the country, says Nasir Ali, Founder and CEO Gallant Sports and Infra.
Speaking to UNI, Ali highlighted how such facilities have the potential to transform a country's sporting landscape.
"China today has four million plus multi sports grounds, India may have around a 1000 such facilities. If we have to build a robust sports culture then such multi sports grounds are the way as urban India does not have the luxury of large open fields anymore. These have multi use relevancy as several sports are played at a single facility - hockey, football etc these are safe and accessible."
