Youth of bride family stabbed by wedding party after dispute over choice of song

Chhapra, Apr 30 (UNI) In a tragic turn during the marriage, a youth of the bride's family was stabbed, causing serious injuries to him, following a dispute over the choice of song at Takniwas Dewaria village under Rivilganj police station area in Saran district of Bihar on Tuesday night.
Police said here that on the wedding night, there was a moment of joy, and a music party was performing to the tune of Hindi film songs. The wedding party was demanding to play music of a particular Hindi film song, but it was not accepted, which made the family members of the groom furious.
One member of the groom's family stabbed a youth, Rohit Gupta of the bride's family, causing serious injuries to him, and he was immediately rushed to a local hospital, police added.
