Ukraine preparing to sign landmark defence agreement with US on UNGA sidelines

Kyiv/Washington, Sep 23 (UNI) Ukraine is ready to sign a landmark drone defence deal with the US, according to three sources familiar with the matter. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is prepared to sign the deal on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly this week in New York City, but the sources said the deal may instead be finalised at a later date, when the U.S. is ready to sign.
