Peshawar, Oct 22 (UNI) Defending the imposition of Governor's rule and clamping of emergency in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday said the decision had been taken "under extreme compulsion" as his government pledged to restore security and accelerate development in the province. Sharif made the remarks while addressing a meeting of the federal apex committee in Peshawar to review the security situation.
