Brasilia, Oct 5 (UNI) Brazil's presidential election is heading to a runoff after Senator Flávio Bolsonaro finished narrowly ahead of incumbent President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in the first round. With 99.99% of ballots counted, Bolsonaro received 47.03% of the valid vote, or about 56.1 million votes, while Lula secured 45.16%, or about 53.9 million, according to Brazil's Superior Electoral Court.
