Workers of "Jan Suraaj " will decide party candidates for assembly polls: Prashant

Patna, Feb 13 (UNI) Founder of "Jan Suraaj " Prashant Kishor on Thursday declared that workers and office bearers of the party would select candidates for the next Assembly elections in Bihar.
Kishor said that it was a new idea being implemented by any political party in the distribution of its tickets for elections. As per practice prevalent in the country, top leaders of the party had been selecting candidates for elections and there was no role of workers in the distribution of party tickets, he pointed out.
"Jan Suraaj " leader said that, unlike other parties, his party would give total freedom to its workers in the selection of candidates for elections. In the next assembly elections in Bihar, workers and office bearers of Jan Suraaj would have the responsibility to distribute tickets, he stated. There would not be any committee or a group of leaders for the distribution of tickets among candidates, he pointed out.
