Woman injured in drone attack dies in Punjab

Ludhiana, May 13 (UNI) Sukhwinder Kaur, the woman injured in a drone attack by Pakistan in Khai, Ferozepur on May 9 night, succumbed to her burns on Tuesday at DMCH Hospital here, officials said.
Sukhwiner was among three members of the family, who suffered burns when a Pakistani drone hit their house in Khai Pheme Ke village in the border district of Ferozepur on Friday last.
Chief minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has announced Rs 5 lakh ex gratia for her family.
