Congress and NCP-SP to join Uddhav Thackeray's Oct 4 Mumbai protest against SIR

Mumbai, Oct 1 (UNI) The Congress and Nationalist Congress Party-Sharadchandra Pawar have decided to participate in the major protest march announced by Shiv Sena UBT chief Uddhav Thackeray in Mumbai on October 4 against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and alleged irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. The decision comes after Uddhav Thackeray expressed displeasure during an INDIA alliance meeting over what was described as the Congress policy of acting independently.
