Cong holds OBC workers' training camp in Mumbai

Mumbai, Oct 4 (UNI) Congress leader and party in-charge Dr Sirivella Prasad on Sunday said Rahul Gandhi was the first prominent leader to strongly raise the demand for a caste-based census at the national level and advocate representation in proportion to the population of different communities. Addressing an OBC workers' training camp at the Congress headquarters, Tilak Bhavan, Prasad said a caste-based census would provide data on the population of different communities and help determine their representation.
