RSS ban after Mahatma Gandhi assassination discussed in Rahul Gandhi defamation case

Pune, Oct 28 (UNI) The cross-examination of complainant Satyaki Savarkar continued before the Special MP-MLA Court here on Wednesday in the defamation case against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his remarks on V.D. Savarkar. During the proceedings, Rahul Gandhi's advocate Milind Dattatraya Pawar questioned the complainant about the Justice Jivanlal Kapoor Commission report on Mahatma Gandhi's assassination, the subsequent ban on the RSS and ideological differences between Savarkar and Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar.
