Maha: Petition in HC seeks removal of Noel Tata from Tata Trusts, Tata Sons posts

Mumbai, Nov 7 (UNI) A petition has been filed in the Bombay High Court seeking a direction to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to make Tata Sons Private Limited to list its shares on the stock exchanges as well as the removal of Tata Trusts Chairman Noel Tata as Chairman of Tata Trusts and also as a director of Tata Sons. Tata Trusts, which is headed by its Chairman Noel Tata, holds a majority controlling stake in Tata Sons.
