Kolhapur: Special court judge S V Sahare quashes ED case against state minister Hasan Mushrif and his sons

Kolhapur, Nov 5 (UNI) Special court Judge S V Sahare has quashed the Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR) filed on April 4, 2022 against state minister Hasan Mushrif, his sons and the Sarsenapati Santaji Ghorpade Sugar Factory. Judge S. V. Sahare, while giving his decision on the matter, clarified that, "The main condition for taking action under the Money Laundering Act is the existence of a predicate offence.
