Ayurveda Day highlights push for evidence-based traditional medicine

Nagpur, Sep 23 (UNI) The 11th Ayurveda Day celebrations in Nagpur on Wednesday focused on efforts to move Ayurveda beyond traditional practice through scientific research, standardisation, innovation and greater integration with public health. The national celebration, held under the theme "Ayurveda for a Healthier Tomorrow", saw the launch of a report on the Ayush Services Sector, "Ayush Vision 2030", and the CCRAS-AGNI Assessment Scale Web Portal. The event also saw the release of safety dossiers on Gokshura and Chandrasura, along with Standard Treatment Guidelines for skin disorders.
