Beed, Oct 20 (UNI) Maratha reservation activist Manoj Jarange-Patil on Tuesday announced three initiatives to address reservation-related grievances and other issues faced by the community, while warning government officials allegedly delaying or refusing to issue Kunbi certificates despite the availability of relevant records.
