Pune, Oct 11 (UNI) A gem-studded gold crown weighing around two kg was offered to Goddess Mahalakshmi at the Shri Mahalakshmi Temple in Sarasbaug, Pune, on Sunday on the occasion of Ghatasthapana, marking the beginning of the Navratri festival. The intricately crafted crown, adorned with precious gemstones, will remain on display throughout the nine-day festival, allowing devotees to view the elaborate ornament during their visit to the temple.
