Ex MP Sambhajiraje Chhatrapati calls on Polish PM Donald Tusk, discusses historic ties between Kolhapur and Poland

Kolhapur, Oct 23 (UNI) Former MP Sambhajiraje Chhatrapati of Kolhapur today called on the Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, who is currently on a visit to India, in Bengaluru today and discussed the historic ties between Kolhapur and Poland during World War-II. A high level parliamentary delegation from Poland had visited here in August last to pay homage at the historical monument of shelter given to Polish refugees during World War-II in Valivade village in Karveer tehsil of this district and inspected the proposed Museum of Humanity and Peace project.
