Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Sep 17 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday said the government will undertake projects to bring surplus water from the Krishna and Konkan basins to Marathwada to address the region's recurring drought situation. Addressing the main government function on Marathwada Liberation Day, Fadnavis said work has begun to bring 30 TMC of water from the Krishna basin through the Bhima basin to parts of Dharashiv, Beed and Latur.
