Shiv Sena seeks culpable homicide case against contractor after senior citizen's death in Yerawada

Pune, Oct 18 ( UNI) Shiv Sena Pune city organiser Anand Goyal on Sunday demanded that a criminal case be registered against the contractor responsible for drainage work at Chitra Chowk in Yerawada following the death of a 65-year-old man who allegedly fell into an excavation pit. In a representation submitted to the Pune Municipal Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone IV, Goyal alleged that inadequate safety measures at the site had endangered public safety.
