MHADA orders action on rehabilitation tenements during 21st Lokshahi Din

Mumbai, Sep 17 (UNI) The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority held its 21st Lokshahi Din at its headquarters in Bandra East, with Vice President and Chief Executive Officer Sanjeev Jaiswal, IAS, hearing two grievances related to rehabilitation housing. The first case was brought by one Rukhsana Begum over a rehabilitation tenement to be allotted by a developer under a Slum Rehabilitation Authority scheme. The tenement was to be provided in exchange for a hutment at Mateshwari Housing Society in Jogeshwari West, which was in her husband's name.
